Role Overview
As Web3 Content Marketing at GTM Labs, you’ll own the art and science of narrative, organic discovery, and high-impact engagement across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, and Medium. You’ll work closely with design and BD to craft content calendars, launch campaigns, and accelerate digital community growth for our brand and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute cross-platform content calendars, mapping major themes and topical campaigns each month
- Write, create, and publish threads, posts, infographics, shorts, carousels, and blogs - customised for Web3 builders, founders, devs, and global communities
- Collaborate with design and video teams to deliver high-performing visual and written content
- Own and grow platform presence - building authentic engagement through threads, AMAs, memes, explainers, and proactive replies/DMs
- Optimize for reach: track metrics, experiment with formats, share weekly insights, and iterate for virality and conversions
- Support launches, partnerships, events, and AMAs via creative campaigns and real-time narrative curation
- Repurpose and adapt content for maximum lifecycle, reach, and impact across channels
- Stay plugged into Web3 trends, meme cycles, and emerging formats, sharing recommendations and bold campaign ideas
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in content or social media marketing (especially in Web3, AI, SaaS, or startup environments)
- Know the Web3 narrative - memes, lingo, narrative arcs, and shifting audience psychology
- Write copy that moves founders, VCs, devs, and community - all with an authentic, tailored tone
- Understand organic Twitter/X growth, timing, and how to spark conversations and engagement
- Are fluent in Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, Figma, and content management best practices
- Are organized, independent, and thrive in fast-paced remote teams
- Bonus: Experience with SEO, newsletters, video ideation, and community engagement
