Role Overview
As a Marketing Content Creator at GTM Labs, you’ll be at the execution core of our social media engine - creating scroll-stopping UGC-style videos, static creatives, and carousels that drive reach, engagement, and growth. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and performance-driven, ideal for creators who love shipping content daily and learning what actually works on social.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute content plans across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn - helping GTM Labs and its clients build strong, consistent, and high-performing social presence.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Content Creation & Publishing
- Create 2 UGC-style short-form videos daily (Reels, Shorts, X videos) using trend-led hooks and formats
- Design and publish static and carousel posts for 2–3 assigned social media handles as per the content plan
- Adapt and optimise content for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
- Ensure brand tone, visual consistency, and messaging alignment across all content
Content Strategy & Growth Execution
- Execute content based on a weekly social media & business growth plan
- Optimise content using platform trends, hooks, captions, hashtags, CTAs, and posting timings
- Repurpose videos and creatives efficiently across platforms for maximum reach and lifecycle
Engagement & Performance Support
- Support basic engagement activities such as comments, replies, and story interactions
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-based and launch-focused content
- Maintain content calendars, task tracking, and execution timelines
