Roles & Responsibilities
As COO at GTM Labs, you will lead internal delivery, orchestrate operational excellence, and help scale the company across all fronts:
- Systems & Process Leadership
- Build, streamline, and optimize systems for product development, client delivery, hiring, and scalable growth.
- Oversee company operations, HR, internal compliance, and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Lead and align remote, cross-functional teams - ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery of key KPIs.
- Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Strategic Coordination
- Collaborate with founders and the C-level team to translate vision and strategy into actionable, measurable execution plans.
- Maintain operational rigor while supporting innovation and idea-to-impact transformation.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- A strategic operator with 5+ years of experience in startup operations or scaling early-stage companies.
- Skilled at building, managing, and aligning high-performance remote teams.
- Process-driven, analytical, and a clear communicator - comfortable balancing execution with big-picture thinking.
