Roles & Responsibilities

As CMO at GTM Labs, you will shape and lead all aspects of our agency’s marketing and growth. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategy & Leadership
  • Architect and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive GTM Labs’ business growth and brand positioning.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams for content creation, digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and brand development.
  • Own our agency’s messaging, narrative, and differentiation across all channels.
• Acquisition, Growth & Performance
  • Drive measurable client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the agency through both organic and paid channels.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing funnels, campaign effectiveness, and KPIs.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to continuously evolve strategy and execution.
• Collaboration & Partnerships
  • Work closely with GTM Labs founders and core team to identify, initiate, and close partnerships or strategic alliances.
  • Collaborate with business development and creative leaders on pitches, proposals, and client-facing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

You are:

• A full-stack marketer with 4-8+ years of experience in high-growth or agency marketing leadership roles.
• Equally creative and analytical, comfortable across branding, digital channels, performance marketing, and storytelling.
• Hands-on and strategic, thriving in dynamic startup settings where you can directly impact results.
• Excited by building agency brands and scaling client pipelines from early-stage to high-growth.
